Bernard Vassas


Bernard is a Brazilian citizen from French and Spanish origins. He is living between Brazil and Vietnam since 2011. He is very familiar with most Asian and Middle East countries since decades. He also accomplished several missions supported by the Brazilian Foreign Office around all Asia as representative of important Brazilian sports institutions and football clubs. He got thirty-eight years of international experience in the entertainment, television and sports industries. Strong background in the commercial and executive management of several corporations that he led in Europe, Asia, North and Latin America. He currently runs several companies in Brazil (In Rio de Janeiro and other in the Maranhao North East State) and Vietnam (HCMC). He has a degree in Human Sciences from the University of Montpellier, a Master's degree in Journalism from the CELSA Institute / Paris Sorbonne (France) and an equivalence degree in International Marketing Affairs, issued in 1999 by the US Justice Department (USA).

Carlos Roberto Dias Eiras


Carlos is an experienced businessman and excellent administrator, with extensive knowledge in the area of foreign trade, both in the private and public sectors. He is an expert in establishing international relationships and negotiations, in organizing official business missions outside Brazil since years.  He has worked intensively at the “Brazil China - Espirito Santo Chamber of Commerce (CCBCES)” for the last 20 years. He is also very active at the “National and International Business Unit” (UNNI) serving South America. He is currently General Manager at “Movive, Citizenship and Sustainability and Tourism” and a logistics Advisor at the “Businessmen's Association of Vila Velha - Espírito Santo” (ASEVILA). 

ADMINISTRATIVE  DIRECTOR

Sérgio Augusto Costa

Sergio is an electrical safety engineer. He has been working on various important construction works, projects, supervising and monitoring them in several important Brazilian States (Rio de Janeiro, Amazonas, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo). He is an advisor at “CREA-ES” and a active coordinator of the “Chamber of Electrical Engineering” in ES, as well as a member of the “National Chamber of Electrical Engineering” at CONFEA. He currently is the executive director of “SCS Engenharia, Projetos e Consultoria Ltda”, a Brazilian corporation working in the areas of engineering projects and the development of “A.I.” technologies. He is also a Director at the “Brazil China – Espírito Santo Chamber of Commerce” (CCBCES) and Director of the “National and International Business Unit Ltd” (UNNI), acting in several South American countries

CULTURE DIRECTOR

Beatriz Bissio

UFrom Uruguayan origin and naturalized Brazilian, Beatriz is a great international reference in politics and history affairs. She served as an international press correspondent, covering historical events in Latin America, Africa and Asia, and interviewed personalities such as Fidel Castro, Nelson Mandela and Yasser Arafat. She used to also be director of the magazines: “Cadernos do Primeiro Mundo” (1974-2006) and “Ecologia e Desenvolvimento” (1991-2006). In 2013, she was distinguished and received the "Medalla da Vitória" Award, granted by the then Minister of Defense, Mr. Celso Amorim. She has a PhD in History from the “Fluminense Federal University”. She is currently Deputy Director of the “Institute of Philosophy and Social Sciences” from Rio de Janeiro (IFCS). She is also professor and responsible of the Department of “Political Sciences, Post graduating Program of Comparative History” at the “Federal University of Rio de Janeiro” (UFRJ).

Paulo Roberto Gonçalves Pereira

Paulo is an experienced businessman and a entrepreneurial rural producer, coming from a traditional Brazilian family working since four generations in agricultural exportations. He got 45 years of experience in the cacao export business. He is qualified as an agricultural technician and was graduated in Foreign Trade, at the “Wagner College University”. He is currently the C.E.O. and founder of “Espírito Cacau”, a natural and functional chocolate company, based on the “Tree to bar model”. The company exports actually its primed products to eight different countries. Furthermore, he was also Director at the “Industry Federation of Espirito State” (2019-2021) and is the current President of “Sindicacau”

José Humberto Semedo Neves

Humberto is a renowned accounting professional, graduated from the “Estácio de Sá University”. He consolidated his expertise by specializing into “Business Process Analysis” and by obtaining a MBA in critical areas such as “Compliance, Audit and Risk Management, Accounting Management, Financial Management and Controlling”. As a partner and CEO of “Geração Contábil Ltda.”, Humberto leads a company which has been operating in the Espírito Santo’s State market for over 20 years, standing out for its top professional services directed to micro and small companies. In addition, he also runs “Recupera - ES Gestão Empresarial Ltda”, a company specialized in collection processes which operates in the recovery of corporate tax credits.

Célio Mendes Reis

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Espírito Santo, with a postgraduate degree in Logistics from the same institution, specialized with an MBA in Business Intelligence from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He attended a Summer Session (International Comparative Management & Management Communication) at the University of California Riverside, in addition to participating in the port marketing seminar at the port of Ghent, Belgium. He is currently the CEO of Macroex Comercial Importadora e Exportadora Ltda. and managing partner of Kamell Comércio Global. He has been working in foreign trade for over 30 years and participates in fairs in Europe, the USA, and Asia, covering various sectors.

Karen Castão Gava Alves Pereira

Karen is a researcher and considers human relationships to be a priority. Curious and creative about content related to the chain of port cities, she has a great experience in Shipping processing, dealing with port authorities and diplomatic issues. She is keen in the spheres of international economic and political relations. She has been a member of “Wista Brazil” since 2021. She is currently the Operations Coordinator at “HMS Brasil Offshore”. She is graduated in International Relations (2020) and post graduated in “Port Management and Logistics” (2021) from the Vila Velha University – UVV.

Andréia Coutinho e Silva

Working in Brazilian Foreign Trade since 2001 as a customs broker and consultant, Andreia has a impressive experience in commerce as a specialist in Foreign Trade and International Businesses. She studied the performances of Brazilian ports at the “Observatório - Cidade e Porto” as an expert and researcher. She is the co-founder of “iPORTS-Consultoria e Trainings”. She became a member of “Wista Brasil” in 2011. Moreover, Andreia is teaching at Vila Velha University (UVV-ES) since 2009. She is specialized in Administration, Port Management, Logistics, International Relations and Marketing courses. She possesses a Master degree in Administration from the “Estácio de Sá” University and a doctorate in Administration from the “FUCAPE”.

Flavio is a businessman, specialized in marketing. He is graduated in Social Communication from UNICEUB. He is the President and founder of the “Marketing Institute of the Americas” based in Brasilia. Director of companies such as “Pailazul” and “Zazen”, both linked to marketing, communication and audio visual. Flavio is also a writer, TV director, producer and editor for video and the movie industry

Douglas Bianchi

Douglas is an advertiser and jurist. He got a degree in Law from the “Vila Velha University” and a postgraduate degree in Tax Laws, with a special focus on State and Municipal taxes. He specialized in Municipal Tax Laws at “Cândido Mendes University”. Douglas has a notable career which includes experiences at the Ministry of Finance and Customs in Vitória (ES). He was also Tax Auditor at the municipal treasury and municipal finance Secretary of Vila Velha city, where he chaired the Fiscal and Budget Execution Commission. He has participated to several diplomatic missions inside the BRICS countries. He currently works as a Tax Auditor, contributing through his vast experience, to the good administration of the municipality of Vila Velha

Ruane Rodrigues Lobato

Ruane is specialized in bank reconciliation, data entry, reception and customer service. She is an admirer of the arts of calligraphy. She was a volunteer in the ITGP assessment in 2020 and was a supervisor in 2024, of the NGO “Transparência Capixaba”. International Relations student, she will finalize her graduation this year at the “Vila Velha University

Le Bou Thi Thu

Ms. Le Bui Thi Thu is a Vietnamese citizen based in Hanoi. She is a native from the “Hueng Yen” Province. In 2000, she won a second place in literature in important national competitions. She then studied journalism at “Hanoi University”. In 2001, being the best student of her promotion, she won a scholarship to study in Cuba. In 2007, she obtained a degree in Journalism and Social Communication from the University of Havana, Cuba. To date, she has 23 years of experience in tourism but also working as a translator from Spanish to Vietnamese, translating official documents on a variety of topics. Le Bui Thi Thu is a very active and reliable person, always working with a great sense of responsibility.
